Any of you guys running and Edelbrock 2101 instake manifold and what is the thread size of heater hose fitting you are using? 5/8" or 3/4". Just another thing that was not on the truck when I bought. Can I use the same thread size of water pump as well? Excuse what might see like stupid questions but, it has been a long time since I even had to think about these issues

Generally the heater flow is from the intake to the heater then back to either the radiator OR the water pump. The inlet hose to the heater is 5/8" hose and the outlet from the heater is 3/4" hose. Thusly the hose nipple on the intake would be 5/8" and on the water pump is 3/4".

Thanks Bud. I need to add that to my wish list @ Classic Parts. I should just go to the pick and pull and pirate them but, some things you just have to by new.........

they generally use 1/2 NPT which its close to a .75 hole, but its a tapered tap. i know when i still had my heater, the fitting on the intake and on the water pump were both 1/2NPT but the bungs were 3/4 and the other was 5/8
