'68 C-20 project

So, I'm building this C-20. Now, of course, I would rather have the iconic shortbed C-10, but who am I to complain when I picked this project up for $800, and its as clean and solid as my 2006?! Inside and out, this truck is SOLID, and it came with a 1986 454 with 80k and a 700r4. It's a leaf spring setup and I've looked all over for a flip kit, but haven't found a thing yet, any ideas? This is gonna be my hotrod/tow pig for my other project, so nothing extreme here. But, it will be a looker and a runner when I'm done. 2 tone paint, sapphire blue and metallic silver, on a set of 20" x 8.5" and 20" x 10" Centerline Smoothies 8 lug. Will post pics as the work progresses.

I would think a 73-87 flip kit would work. The early (67-72) leaf spring rear was kind of rare mostly gmc only, I think the axle diameter is the same and it would work fine. Anybody else had this prob ?

Yeah, I need to get a measurement of the spring width and the axle housing diameter to compare it to a c-10 and see if I can use it, or what I'll have to do to rework one so it will fit.

Okay, got the bed off it today. Not sure why I can't upload pics from my phone, but as soon as I can, I will. I'm impressed with how solid this thing is, absolutely arrow straight and no rust. But now I'm facing the battle of whether to go ahead with the lowering, or goin for broke and chopping this frame up to bag it. I need to just focus on dropping it and painting it so I can enjoy it. Especially since I don't have the money to bag it. I just hate to get it together only to pull it back apart a year from now to bag it.
