I bought a cab"kit" from top banana. With the exception of not having footwell panels[ witch all trucks need if they need floors and pillars and rockers.] It is a great deal The Kit is like $160 and separate they are $220 something. The rockers are ok but for me to be happy I had to make some pie cuts and reshape a few things before welding them up. they turned out great. I did put some GM ones on a truck I bought for my brother A long time ago [he has been gone like 10 years now] and they didn't fit well either. So I said all that to say this I used tri-plus and they were ok to use

In the recent catalogue from classic parts of America they have the oe gm passenger side rockers for sale@ $130ish a piece. No drivers side however. Most all of us use the repro rockers and the can be made to fit pretty dang good. Like Jim said it may take a little massaging but they can be made to get well.

I wouldn't pay the extra $110 for a GM. If your doing a concours type deal maybe but then again if you were doing that you probably don't need to hear from us about what to do to the ride. No offense intended it just that the guys that are that good aren't taking time to be on here with us "normals". I know there will be some disagree but I've put the GM stuff on but like I said it may have been a long time cause I went to the dealer and he had a stack of them all dusty in a corner.[ along with a bunch of new chrome] I don't remember them fitting all that well then but it was a long time ago. Now the one I did in the pics is just a month or so ago. I still have the right side to do but I had to pull off of it to build some trucks, as I had run out of stuff to sell. If you would like any help I might be able to type you through it or if you need other help PM me I'll send you my phone number in case you get in trouble.

Search for Browns of Two Rivers. I think the site is like cool truck parts or something. They seem to have reasonable prices, shipping however I am unsure about since I drive down and get my stuff. Fitment I also don't know about yet, they're in the garage waiting to go on.
Good Luck

I had a set of the Tri Plus repops, and after searching I found a very nice set of NOS GM.
From what I remember all coutours wer'e identical, but what tipped the scale to favor the repo is the reproduction set was made with heaver gauge metal, you could flex, bend and twist the GM much easier than the Tri Plus.

So I sold the NOS GM and used the repop on my restoration
