Went to the Myrtle beach car show this past weekend.

I found the back S/S simulators for $50.00 for it. Look a lot better now to get the fronts.

Got home today and decided it was time to start on the exshaust manifolds. I got the passenger side almost off. If it's not raining tomorrow I'll get under it and take the drop downs loose and it will be off.
It had 3 of the bolts rusted so bad the heads where gone. Had to use the rounded off sockets to get them off. One rang the head off. I hope after I get the manifold off I can get the stud out.
Both sides have only 2 studs holding the down pipes and it noisey!

Soak the snot out of 'em with Kroil or some such, and use plenty of heat...outside, unless you wanna die from the fumes. If you can find some left hand drill bits https://www.harborfreight.com/left-h...-pc-61686.html so that when you end up drilling them out, that if the drill catches and backs them out, you won't have to hammer in an Easy Out.

Nice looking wheels, BTW.

Cool looking ramp truck! It looks like a longer version of Brutus.

Thanks guy's. I sure hope I can get the one stud out after I remove the manifold. I soaked them good with Kroil a few weeks ago. I need to soak them again but the bolts came right out after I got the sockets for rounded off bolt heads. That one bolt was the only problem one. The bolts had been in so long that they had no head on them for a regular socket to grab.

My bed is a little over 19' if I remember right.

Got insurance back on the ramp so I started working on it again. Took the old manifolds off. Both of them only had 2 studs holding the exhaust pipes on. I started the process of taking them off!
Man what a nightmare. Both of them ended up fighting me. The passenger side only one bolt but the drivers side had 2. Both center bolts where bent opposite of each other. I finally got enough room to cut them off and just barely did have enough stud to back them out with! I tapped all the holes and cleaned them good afterwards. I also did new spark plugs since I broke one on the passenger side getting it off. So it should be good to go by lunch time I hope.
Next will be installing the 2 front tires then the tilt column.

Finished up the drivers side exhaust today and got the 2 front tires on it as well. Filled it up with premium gas also.
Going to try and get the new door rubbers I bought installed tomorrow.
That tag is pure gold! Wel maybe pure rust!
