Look like old ET Mach 8's. By adaptors do you mean the washers.

I thought you need some kind of adapter

all you need is the right set of washers to mount the unilug wheels

Yup. I did a search. Wheels are cragar mach 8's and not ET"S.
Found a source for washers for you. I have a couple here at home.
Available on line though.
