flip your burban over and glass the roof, then glue some vinyl on it :D
and when you do, make copies to sell.

Hope this helps... the guy who did the interior on the '51 suburban i built for a friend screw thin panel wood in the middle and used tin to round the sides and front and rear, then glued closed cell foam to that and then sanded the front and sides to round it off and make it smooth and then covered it in this.... next post.

vinyl that matched the leather seats and sides... It's so wide he had to seam in down the middle which doesn't look all that bad...

On your headliner it looks like they cut the origanal channels on the suburban and is it all on piece. Do u have any more pictures of the rear of the suburbans headliner?

Sorry these are the best rear shots i have, and yes the old headliner strips were removed and the wood panel was screwed in their place and it was a one piece headliner..
