Boss wheel mod question

I posted this on the other thread but decided to make my own.

The fronts all have that small problem of the hubs not clearing the center caps with the O rings. We all know a little grinding is all you need for it to work which is no biggie since we all want a custom wheel for these trucks.
The rears should be fine with nothing to do but swap caps right.;)

My question is this thoe?

I like the new Chevy bowtie centers that they use on the Tahoe's and suburbans. They are flat though. So could you get a flatter dust cap for the hub and say a 1/4" wheel spacer to install the centers and it not rub anything.

Has anybody tried this and know for sure if it would work.

Went out and popped the boss cover off. It would take at least a 1" spacer to clear the hub dust cover as is. So I don't think it would work.:chevy:
