Question in trailing arms

1 Attachment(s)
I was going through my parts, I have these trailing arms with an extra piece riveted to them. Are they off of 3/4 or 1 ton?

Re: Question in trailing arms

I think you are correct, 3/4 or 1 ton.
Still haven't got to that engine yet....

Thanks Eric, I don't ever remember seeing them before.

No problem in the engine.

Like too much stuff said, they are off of a 3/4 or 1 ton, same arm as the half ton trucks, just came with a reinforcement from the factory.

Re: Question in trailing arms

The arms on my '67 C20 had plates on the top and bottom.

Thanks for all the info guys. I thought the heavier trucks were leaf springs.

a little thread ressurection...

im building a 68 c10 dually. was planning on using the factory c10 trailing arms to a obs dually rear end. will I encounter any clearance issues between the dually wheels and the arms? from the jist of this thread it looks like the c30s came with arms and im assuming some of those were duallys

No C-30’s that I know came with trailing arms. C-20’s did, but I’ve never seen a C-30 with anything but leafs.
