Are my control arms bad?

I just dropped off my control arms at the sand blaster to get cleaned up. But before I go as far as powder coating them or painting them I was wondering if they are still good.

I know these pics aren't a lot to base it off of. But when I removed the control arm shafts, I found that the edges had been eaten into pretty bad.

you can see in the first pic a ribbon of metal. all 4 of them had this to some degree. but this is the worst one.

I seem to remember that happening when I rebuild the front of my 65. I would think you can clean up those edges and use new shafts and caps.

thanks. i have new caps and shafts. wasnt sure if that little bit of metal eaten away would cause the arms not to seat properly and be off or something.

Look at my 61 build thread and you can see when I did mine. Hope it helps.
