Vortec 350 ac retro fit

Has anyone swapped in the 96-01 serp brackets and made the AC work?

I bought a universal hose kit (fittings and hoses) with the compressor fitting from Vintage Air, made up the lines, and had them crimped at a local hydraulic hose shop. You need to 'clock' the hose to the fittings with masking tape and marker if they aren't straight fittings. Also a good time to change your drier and orifice tube.

I went to the pull-a-part and got the top section of the hoses from a balzer. Then I had a local radiator shop weld on some crimp fittings so I could run them down and under the radiator.

I use the AD244 140A from a 2000-2005 suburban/tahoe. It bolts right in and uses the same plug as a CS130D that was normally on these setups
