Lift required for Cummins swap?

1 Attachment(s)
I recently acquired a ‘71 GMC K2500 that I will be going through the whole powertrain/drivetrain as it hasn’t been driven in 20 years. I’m tossing around the idea of a Cummins & NV4500 or NV5600, but would really like to leave the truck stock height or close to it. All of the searching I’ve done so far shows that every Cummins swapped 67-72 4wd is lifted, but nobody has shown if there are any potential clearance issues between the oil pan and front axle. I would love to hear some input on what clearance issues there are and if a suspension lift would be required. Thanks in advance

Oh and I attached a picture since I know we all love pictures.

Ya I got a Autoworldmt engine cross member and they recommended a 4 in lift. I put on a 4 in lift and have good clearance between the pan and Dana 60 front but don’t plan on doing any stump jumping. Probably could come up with some pictures if wanted but might be a few days
