What can you tell me about illustration nos. 27 & 28 "deflectors" on this page?

You can check out post 80 in my build and see a sorta just ok picture of the lmc ones I installed. They help cover up the big gap between the bumper and the bed.

About the gold bowtie in the grille, did you buy it or paint the old one? Looks better than new.

Thanks. The bowtie was part of the NOS grille I had been saving.

Correct. You slip it in and bolt it down.

Thanks. I just installed this bumper as a replacement for an ancient step bumper. Like you, I am not real happy with the gap, so may eventually modify the brackets.
