Thanks. I'm getting things lined up to start working on my 86, and just fell in love with that color.

Not a great day for photos, but good enough. Repainted this one 7 years ago to original colors. It's a Bonanza that had the side trim, but had that taken off with the repaint. Bought this BRAND NEW 37 years ago. Wow, $5500 and $125 a month payments. Thought that was a big load to carry back then. Ha. Added the tool box off my newer truck and had it painted to match. Still runs nicely and the AC works with a conversion to 134. Just keep her driven every week or two to keep things charged and the tires from rotting. Original engine and tranny. About 85K miles. Renewed the upholstery to original and a new dash pad, carpet, and such. Installed some urethane bushings under the cab which makes her ride very solid. I still enjoy having her around and will keep till I die or need some money! haha

Have to say it always makes me smile when i see a truck like the day it was born, so clean and like it was yesterday, kind of cool. Wish I could do that at times, i alter everything, to much hotrod in me but appreciate every style.

Bonanza is close to mine. It's got one repaint too. Had those wheel covers when I bought her.

I like the chrome between the 2 colors a lot better, breaks it up nicely.

Good looking 73 K20 and comes with a drink holder, mine is a standard which I like a lot but no room for a drink holder.

1980 K20, SWAB 9' 8 prisoner police van. It spent it's early years in the USAF then went to Santa Fe NM Department of Public Safety. It was auctioned in 2005 then parked until I bought it this year. Replaced the original 16.5's with some 16's and 235/85's and cleaned up decades of dirt. Oh yea it's got 28,000 original miles, 350 4bbl, turbo 400, 4.11 posi.

Howdy fellas, new here and picked this up last week, It's an 87 with the TBI. Has about 70K on it. It needs some work like getting the interior back together, the trans is toast and a buddy and I yanked that out last night. Four wheel works, has cruise but don't know of that works yet. Guy I bought it from said the AC works just needs recharged but I've had lots of folks tell me that buying an older vehicle.

Has some of the typical rocker, can corner and wheel well rust but for a truck that's been in kansas all its life its pretty damn solid! The Midwest winters can be hard on vehicles, I'm sure some of you know that.

Plans.....

Have the trans rebuilt, put the interior back together it needs new carpet or rubber mat. Give it a good mechanical once over, brakes, fluid changes, new u joints ect. Probably new shoes before winter and maybe a minor lift. We shall see where I go with this.
