air vents in rear of panels

Wondering if anyone has installed any kind of relief vents in rear to help air flow thru truck? Looking for input and especially examples some may have done.

I'm thinking if a person did that and had the door windows down it would suck exhaust in. If the door windows were up and the kick panel vents were open it should work OK though....

Just my thoughts on it.

May be wrong but it seems there would be a vacuum at rear do to air flow going past.Plus widows down would be air pushing thru towards rear and suction pulling from under truck. exhaust is at rear past bumper. Vents thru floor at sides just behind wheel wells. So thinking is right now.Ideas change with thinking thru them.
