UPDATE

I have the next set just about ready to go. They are cut, cleaned up and scribed...will be bending them Saturday morning.

I got mine the other day and love them! Excellent quality and fit! I got them mocked up and mounted, now I just need it to warm up so I can paint them. Nice job Jeff and Thanks for making these! :metal:

I could definately do that on the next batch. To keep it simple, I could just leave the face of the brackets un-cut...and the new owner could cut their own holes to fit their speakers.

The price wouldn't be any cheaper, as I would still be using the same amount of steel...but they would be customizable.

I was going to order some, just looked behind my seat and found where that bass was coming from! The PO put 2 5x10's in boxes back there!

OK folks, I have another batch nearly complete. 12 more sets should be ready by the end of the month...I just have to form all of them.

I also have some new news on these.

I found another company that was able to cut these better (cleaner edges, NO manual cleanup on my part, very sharp corners) for not much more than the previous place.

Prices will NOT change, and the brackets will look better. :)

FYI - these sets are much cleaner than the previous runs! Not that they were bad, but the new place that cuts these now uses a 2 year old laser versus a CNC plasma at the previous place that was several years old.
