edit for above... totally missed the part that stated 98-2000 trucks.
does it help that i WISH it was a factory ccsb?? i just missed a white 2000 2500 twd. been seeing it for years at this guys house as his dd, then twice in two weeks i passed and the hood was up. i strongly resisted the urge to stop in and offer cash. my bad too... now when i pass there is a 2013 gmc there and havent seen the cc again. |

Don't worry, we aren't that picky! Sweet crew, the black wheels really look good with the green.

Where did you pick them up from and how hard were they to install. I want to do the same to mine. Id gladly make you a good deal on my black rims if you were not so far away. I plan to put some newer GM rims on my this spring. The next version after the ones you have on.

They used that wheel up until 2010. They got new center caps in 07 with the new body style. After that, the wheel bolt pattern changed. The wheels were on the truck when I got it, And I plan on keeping them. The wheels were off a 2009 3/4 Suburban, and the caps are 99-06 .
The clearance lights were easy to install. I got them from the local yard, so I grabbed all the wiring. The terminal was missing on the convenience center on my truck, so I tapped in at the headlamp switch. Here it is when I first got it: http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w...rucker/001.jpg |

Here's what it looked like the day I got it. I still have the ar160 rims. It has a power sliding rear window. The overhead console has a built in radar detector and infinity lights. I'm getting black step/nerf bars soon. It had chrome ones on it before that broke. I don't miss the old 94 c1500 v6 single cab anymore.

Something that I just found out on my 99 k2500 ccsb that I bought in November. I Just replaced my rims and tires and noticed that my rearend is only a semi floater. What a freakin bummer. Anyone have this combo? I went up to a 285/70/17 tire and was planning to go with 4.10 gears. Now I will have to get the whole rearend. I was going to just swap the 3.73 for a 4.10 locker out of my 79 project ccsb.
