Wheel Vintiques may be your best bet, if the don't list it on their site you can call them and they will make whatever BS you need. Nice folks.

Wheel vintique only sells up to 10” wide.
I Ordered two 12” wide from Stockton wheel.
6-8 weeks to ship.
