Geez...I'm glad I found this thread.....I was going to do a glossy dark cherry and black but after seeing some of these trucks I really think I should go with a satin black....it just looks SOOOOO GOOOOOD! :metal: I'm thinking about just getting a painter friend of mine to paint it with his painting materials (automotive painter, not house)....I think that would be the best idea :lol:

I see a lot of nice flat black paint jobs and I am thinking of doing the same to my 84 cc dually. How do these paint jobs hold up? How do take care of them?

I want to sand the surface rust off my truck and paint the areas with satin white. Can anyone tell me what brand paint in a rattle can to use that will never fade if I keep it waxed? The rest of the paint is a little faded. I also don't want water to go thru it and start it to rust. Thanks.
