Subscribed! I may end up as a copy cat. I got the body, need to go get my frame, got a 4 bolt small block to build, hmmm. The deepest form of flattery right?

We need someone to do a photoshop or rendering for a visualization.

Good Luck with CPP.
Expect some delays and unkept promises. I hope your experience with them is better than it was for me.

Re: Project: "Yenko C5 Blazer"

Are you gonna do hood stripes?

LUV2XCLR8 03-12-2009 08:17 PM

Re: Project: "Yenko C5 Blazer"

Yes, hood and side stripes with the exception of 2 things;

1. The rear quarter will read "Yenko/C5" not "Yenko/SC"

2. All of the stripes will be Ghosted into the paint, visible
up close, but from a distance she will be all Triple Black.

:ho:

I'm with you on that build. Look in my sig. I had started on my "Yenko 427 ST" pickup then had to put it in storage when I moved overseas for a few years. My time is up here in 4 months and I will be back home bringing it out of mothballs (just who named those things) and get started back on it. I will keep my eyes glued to this build.

An even better question would be how would you harvest them? Must be a lot of eunich moths out there.

Re: Project: "Yenko C5 Blazer"

Not any progress to speak of, the frame, crossmember, and
steering center link are headed off this week to get blasted
and powdercoated. Thanks 2 Chuck (lonerife) for picking up
some rollers for the project until I can order my new wheels.
(Craigslist set of 17x8 Eagle 212's 5.0 BS w/ Tires for $300)
and Tomorrow I'm taking lots of pic's to please you all
