Suburban roof marker lights.

I asked before and was told NO suburbans had marker lights available. I just copied a 72 price list and it shows U01 Lamps roof marker 5 available as an option. Anyone ever seen a burb with this factory accessory?

I know there are three or four of them that have shown up in the C/L finds thread. They all seem to be the same style of light. Before I bought my Burban I looked at one with markers but really didn't pay much attention to them as the rest of the Burban was way more work than I wanted so I didn't spend much time looking at it.

Clearance lamps could be had on Suburbans. I've seen quite a few over the years with the factory option.

My 72 K20 has them, factory noted on SPID

I assume Suburbans do not have the raised pads on the roof so are the lamps the same as the trucks?

Two different Burbs, but both are sporting the roof lights - really like the 2nd one!

No pods were necessary since the roof on Suburbans is taller in front. DaHos, is yours a '72 with earlier style lights from factory? I'm not sure I've seen that before. The ones I've seen had the '69-91 style

Here's my 69 Suburban. Didn't originally come with markers, but wanted to put them on. I love them.

Love the look of this suburban! Someone got a nice one! I don't know how you decide which ones you keep and which ones you let go!

I'll tell you I kick myself in the butt everytime I think about that suburban! It wasn't rust free, but it was damn cool. That's one I wish I had kept
