1963 C50 LCF colorcode
2 Attachment(s)
I also asked this in the Heavy hauler thread but maybe more people reading hear. I'm working on a 1963 C50 LCF. It is an old American Red Cross vehicle. Under the white paint the truck is red, so I think it was an Fire truck before that. It has a big utility box on it. Does anybody knows what the paint code means on the tag in the cab?

I would believe this is a fleet color , not a standard optioned color.
Love these LCF . Any link to other pictures of it? Panoramic View option , must be nice. |
Re: 1963 C50 LCF colorcode
It is indeed a nice truck. I will make some more pictures from it. It has the 292 cui engine, power steering, big back window and all factory cauges in the dash. It has the grill from the '60 and '61 big trucks with double headlights. In old brochures you can see that in '62 and '63 they still used these grills on the LCF cabs instead of the '62 grill on the normal big trucks.
