That's a stock stepside bumper, it's the same as mine except chrome. From what I've read the suburban rear bumper is the same as the front bumper, except for different hole spacing for the mounting bolts.

I had the chains on mine before... but now I'm going with a locking tab inside. Still have to plan out the cable though for lowering it.
