I have an 83 2wd swb with jegs headers and all I can say is don't get those! The flanges are thin and the ports don't seal up for crap. Been fighting exhaust leaks ever since. But that's to be expected from $100 headers.

The headmans hed69280 won't fit. Driverside fits fine, but pass side won't clear the th400 bell housing. Anyone have any idea's? ????????

Ouch, I've already only heard good things about Headman. Maybe try some Hooker headers? They seem to have some positive remarks about them too.

Not an expert on BB but I think the 454 was the Mark IV series so these might work.

Searched on summit under engine, then narrowed it down to a K10 since your's is a 4x4.

I think i might have figured out why the pass side won't fit. I have some bracket bolted to the frame that has a bump stop underneath, but it would never bump anything. I sbould be able to remove it an haveplenty of clearance. I'd like to know what the bracket goes to. My truck was originaly a 6.2 diesel. But it's weird because i can't see any use for this at all.
