Shifter rod/clutch adjustment or transmission screwed??

65 3 Tree
Adjusted n rebuilt rod/grommets
Shifts fine
Maybe seems like it may be fully engaged too high
(Meaning that it seems to have a bit of lower travel left on the column After Being Fully Gear engaged)
But shifts to/for neutral fine
And from. Any gear to any gear fine

Was popping out of 1st n 2nd (under medium high load)
before second adjustment
1st still popped out under quick heavy load (for maybe a week) but shifted it early so it didn't have a chance to

But drove fine

Out if nowhere
It ?popped? Out of 2nd...sounded like flapping
Sounded more like a Reverse Grind
As if something wasn't Fully Engaged
So shifted to 3rd n pulled to another road
Tried second again(shifts fine) let out the clutch and it would engage and start moving till about Half of the clutch pedal travel
(pedal adjustment is off maybe and inch at the top)

Then?Flap flap flap flap?
As if gears are kicking from each other due to Very Minimal engagement

Happens same clutch peddle position any gear
And gears will move the truck all shift in and out fine

Have no clue

Sounds like either the shift linkage is still out of adjustment, or worse, could be that the transmission internals are worn enough that they won't hold in gear anymore. Hopefully it's the shift linkage

Check your centre carrier bearing on the driveshaft. That could be the flap, flap, flap and might cause the other shifter problems.
Also check your motor mounts. A broken one on drivers side can also cause shifting problems.

Single shaft so no carrier bearing

Will check mounts
