We are using the 95-98 Tahoe seats into the 72 short stepside. The challange was to fabricate and adapt some brackets to work with the 95-98 bucket seats and the 72 bench seat mounting holes. Also we didn't want the height that 95-98 seats have. So here are a few pics..... WES

Thanks guys. My son has a small fab shop, and we are talking about making them for resale. The trick is to make them universal to fit more than one kind of seat. WES

Hopefully this weak sometime. We have all of the specs and program saved in the program for his C&C machine. We just need to get the pricing figured out.

Re: Check out our seat mount modification

Are those seats pretty comfortable? 'Cause I have to say, I have buddy buckets, and they are not nearly as comfortable as the more modern seats. I have thought about shaving the foam to make the contour a little better for your back, but those brackets with a new seat might just be the answer.

The seats are confortable. They have air lumbar witch makes them more so. I like them also because if you remove the head rests the seat back is below the rear window. WES
