Front fender LH reinforcement mounting bracket install

Looking for orientation/position (or in plain english- how is this installed)in reassembly.
Oops.
I just looked on opposite side.
It goes behind the floor support there and it's nuts serve the bolts that sandwich the rocker to the floor support.
