The intake won't just bolt on either. The center two bolts on the heads are on a different angle. You can get it to work with some customizing. You can also use the in tank pump with a regulator, again with some jimmy rigging.

Gonna need a distributor too.

If its the "Original" engine the engine block does NOT have a provision for a mechanical fuel pump. It might look like it does , but the Block is not drilled.

Why? You are going to spend more money making that carb work than you would have just buying what you need to fix the truck correctly.
And you will need to change tank sending unit(s)... |
Re: 1987 350 conversion from throttle body to carb
Fuel pump regulator, carb'd intake for TBI heads, and a distributor. That's all you need. You can keep your old sending unit/fuel pump. TBI is junk anyways so putting a carb on it is better than trying to figure out whats wrong with it.

Call me crazy but i think id at least try to figure out whats up with the tbi first. Its probably a lot less work to fix the tbi.

I would see what's wrong with your tbi first. I mat be wrong, but I don't think you will gain much in this swap. I love carb engines btw!
