WTB...suburban clamshell parts

1 Attachment(s)
I wanted to see if anyone has a lower seal plate that goes from side to side for a clamshell gate to bolt onto available in decent condition. Preferably local but would entertain shipping items also. I am switching my suburban over to clamshell from Barn doors and these are the last items needed. I've attached pics of were the parts would be. Thanks

I should have a spare set of the Chrome tailgate supports but they are not cheap if you haven't found that out yet - 200 a set.

Also, do you already have the clamshell upper liftgate supports? they are even higher but I think I have one

let me clarify a little bit for the hardware that is needed for the lower gate. I don't need the tailgate supports I just need the part that goes above it that the lower gate will latch to. here is a pic from another burb I found. I have both the lower gate and upper gate supports.

I probably have those catches. With the storm tomorrow I can't check until Friday, but I'll let you know.

Gotcha - yeah, I had a bunch of those at one time but systematically sold them all over time dont think I have any now

Just checked a couple of my trucks, your top and bottom center barn door catches are the same as left and right clamshell, so you can just relocate them. I have extras if you need them.

Are you asking about the latches? If so yes......another board member let me know that so I am able to use mine from my barn doors.

Re: WTB...suburban clamshell parts

It's actually the catches that are the same, not the latches. None of the latches interchange.
