Are Blazer and Suburban rear wheel arches the same as 1967-72 Chevy SWB trucks?

Blazers and fleet boxes are the same style. Burbs and panels are round.

They also look the same to me. I'm not seeing the difference.

They look the same to me as well. The only difference that I know of is that for 68-72 longbeds, the front bottom corner of the wheel opening is rounded (see longbed below). On all others (like the Suburban pictured below) that corner is actually a corner.
