A quick torsion bar question with pic
 

Hey guys. We just got a 2010 2500HD 4x4 WT trim truck in at work. I had no idea you could get a v8 3/4ton WT trim with manual transfer case but here it sits lol. Anyways, it rides bad. Hell, I'd call it beyond bad. I hit a crack in a parking lot and ABS engaged from the rear end jumping off the ground. Front's almost as bad. I put it on the lift and noticed what looks like the torsion bars being cranked, I'm assuming to level the truck? What position is stock? I also included a pic of the rear "springs" I'll be removing to make it ride like a vehicle again. They aren't bags but giant foam blocks. I highly recommend never purchasing a set.

Z height should be 4.2"-4.5"

Z height is the difference from the center axis of the lower control arm bolts(at the frame) and the lowest part of the steering knuckle(do nut measure from the ball joint stud or nut)

You'll need a flat surface and a 2ft level.

I forgot to add, you'll need an alignment after you adjust the torsion bars.
