Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
I don't know if any one makes a 3" block. You need to consider that might create scrubline issues in the event of tire failure. If your running a 15" rim it is not advised to go more than a 2" block.

Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
not worried about scrub line on a bagged and body dropped
truck and ive already have 3 in blocks and have 15 steelies without any issues and i have 22s too just looking for a nicer set of blocks as stated before , can anyone make a nice set ? Posted via Mobile Device |
Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
Take your 2" bock to a CNC shop & ask them to duplicate in a 3" version. Might need to adjust the top angle to keep the pinion angle good though. I used to be a CNC machinist & that wouldn't be hard to do at all.

Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
My truck had 3" blocks in the rear when I bought it. Had 15" wheels too. Got a flat one time, and just barely didn't drag the bottom of the u-bolts along the road. I got rid of all that and did proper drop spring. Still have the blocks though if anyone wants em.

Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
He should be OK with the 22" rims but that much block may look kinda funny from behind, just my opinion.

Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
if u drive a bagged truck high enough to see the blocks u dont
need the bags , and really are 3 in blocks so much worse than 2 in ones ? i only have the 15s as extra rollers Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: 3 in lowering block for coil springs rear
$30 shipped for the pair of 3" blocks I just pulled out. They're not pretty but they're strong.
