If you mean a wheel like this one, the answer is yes. I have one on my '86. This style wheel is actually listed as OEM from 1988-1994.
And if you don't already have one, they are plentiful at your pick-a-part. They are listed for $10. And just so happen this week, there is a half-off "Hurricane Irma Overflow" Sale. If I didn't already have a few of them, I would collect a few more, LOL

No problem, always happy to share, because this website has given me so much. But anyway, I used a cheap Harbor Freight set, "Bolt-Type Wheel Puller Set" https://www.harborfreight.com/bolt-t...set-62620.html and ratchet with an 3 or 4" extension. Pop the cover off of your steering wheel and check the nut size. I believe it will be the same size for the 88-94

...Snap ring pliers and a torx bit screwdriver are useful as well

Its a 7/8 nut too on the shaft. And nicer than the foam wheels are the leather ones from 88-91 LT S10 Blazers

What the diameter of the wheel in post 2? I am looking for a small diamter wheel (preferably under 15").

Don't limit your search to just Chevy wheels. While looking for a replacement for my 75, I test fit a wheel from a period Pontiac. It would have physically and electrically worked but had a square base which didn't seem a good fit for our round columns. Eventually found one from an 80's Blazer. Just make sure you get all of the horn button bits when you get a replacement wheel. Those do change from wheel to wheel.

in my experience chevys up until like 10-15 years ago have always been really good about stuff interchanging, where you can take a part off a 65 and it will bolt right up to a 85.

heres my cavalier steering wheel, its very soft and 100 times more comfortable then the factory one

Finally got around to doing my swap. I got tired of the loose pivot bolts so I tore it all apart and tightened it up and put on the new steering wheel. Nice upgrade over the stock 87 wheel.

Looks good. Those wheels were factory installed on 88-91 squares. I've had the one out of my '90 Suburban in my '86 Suburban for years. Big improvement over the stock wheel.

What trans are you running? I want to convert mine to manual with an overdrive. Would love to find a GM version ZF-6.

What are the two rockers beside the ash tray? Nice CB. I was going to run a Cobra in my Blazer, but I think I am just going to sell it.
