The bed mount bars are very cool looking and solve a problem that we all have when raising the floor...........oh yes I'm going to have to "borrow" this one! ;)

cant wait to see that truck dragging.

Looks like you are missing some wires compared to my pic of my painless kit. I still havent untangled that mess. I'll do it later

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby

"missing some wires" LOL!!!!, i had bought this harness and had not recieved it yet , when i saw the pic of yours it scared me thinking this might be a bigger job than i had bargained for , i was pleasantly supprised

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby

haha, it would have scared me too. i just didnt clean it up when i was pulling the wires and i just threw everything into the cab. and since everything is labeled and most have the connectors already, its super easy to install. I need to add more pics to my buildup but things have slowed down a bit since we didnt have anything to put the cab on. bought some mover dollys last night but it also rained all night. I really want to start working on the frame.

Very nice job on holes for the bar, and a very clean mount! It looks like you're going to have a very low stance at full lift in the rear, or does that bag air up some more?

Re: 67cheby DM 3.2 install, W/PB 4link, PB hood hinges

that is ride height on this bag 10-10.5 inches, max height 15 inches, F9100 Air RIde Tech bag, collapsed height 5.5

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby

dd an original wiring for an european car once , had feul injection cpu abs / traction control cpu cruise airbags the lot when i took it out i used painters tape and a sharpie and made a lot of pics .
put it all and the engine out of that car in a plane jane car that had a mush better body it was a huge job tracking all the wires when and worming the connectors trough the holes taking it out but it worked verry well for me
its just a realy big mecano set with european cars everything fits from one model to the other the holes are allready in place all that sortah stuff , i done a lot of work myself to that type of car allready and having the car starting and working at the first turn of the key felt like the passing of an exam

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby

yea passing that final exam is always a great feeling, although i had to take it a few times. but in the end i was happy that i was able to get it done. im doing the marker and baggies for all the nuts and bolts for my rebuild but i know im going to have a lot of 'extra' nuts and bolts.
