1988 C1500 brake light issue

Hello and thanks for taking the time to help. I bought a 1988 C1500 a couple of weeks ago. I am working my way through the problems and I am little stumped on the brake lights. The drivers side brake light and turn signal work fine. The passenger side Parking light at the top works. The brake light bulb is very dim when the parking lights are on. If I step on the brakes the brake light bulb goes out altogether. The turn signal is also very dim and clicks quickly like a bulb is out. I swapped the driver side light onto the passenger side and the light worked fine so it is not anything in the harness or wiring. The only thing I can come up with is the bulb holder in the light is bad or there is some corrosion in the sockets. I sanded on the contacts but that didn’t seem to help. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Just to follow up, I ended up buying a circuit board with the three light sockets in it. I replaced the original circuit board and the light works fine now.
