What order would you paint an entire truck

I have my k10 strung all over the shop, got the few larger dents fixed and getting ready to start putting epoxy on it.
Would you go ahead and get the interior of the truck painted before starting the block sanding on the exterior?
I really don't want to "block" sand the dash and roof, what steps would you suggest for this.
Thanks for any and all help!

Lots of hand sanding there use a 220 grit paper then a 400 grit paper and maybe after that a red scotchbrite pad.
I would paint the inside of the cab after putting the cab in high build primer. That way as you are sanding the outside the overspray will be removed.
Be careful when sanding on the inside[outside for that matter too] with your fingers on the paper you can leave " fingerwaves" in the surface pretty easily and every time you see those three grooves in the paint you will feel a little queasy in the pit of your stomach.

I never lay any paint until all bodywork is done.

Doing my dads 79 now. We have everything finish sanded ready for a final once over before paint. Then I sprayed the cab inside.
