How about some pics of your truck and what kind of steel wheels you are running?

Nova caps on my old 68

These late 60's style caps don't have the common small Chevy bowtie in the center, I've heard they were used on GMC's when they had blank centers but not sure about that.

I like my bowtie baby moons. Not sure what year they are.

I prefer using the correct caps for the model year, but the early Nova caps do look pretty good too. Here's my '68 with '68 caps.

Re: lets see pictures of center caps

I really like those Nova caps. They would look great on my panel, unfortunately my wheels are after market and have the inner nubs ... I'm assuming all the stock style small caps are for outter nubs.

Re: lets see pictures of center caps

Ok, let's get this train on track. Is the request for center caps as typed in the title or is it about hubcaps? They are two different things, so let's keep it that way for the sake of accuracy. We need to know what type of wheel the OP is looking to "cap" before we can give examples of what works on his wheels.

Re: lets see pictures of center caps

I see you have the Wheel Vintiques Vette rallye replicas made for GM 6-lug pattern. There were two types of OEM center caps for those from factory. Wheel Vintiques made these to accept the hubcaps they make for their smoothies. They replicated a few old Chevy hubcaps specifically for their wheels, as well as a few other center caps and hubcaps. So these wheels take both center caps and hubcaps, but only ones that are made specifically for that wheel.

67-68 K-models got no hubcaps and trucks and there were no painted 4wd caps for base models in 69-72.

There were 1/2t and 3/4t-1t caps in painted and chrome. Only the top of the line got chrome and it was an option for all the rest. All !/2ts had the wheel covers as an option.
