Hello! I just got this truck out of the paint shop and may look to sell it soon. Here's a little bit about it:
Full body-off restoration Frame chip-guarded Rebuilt 350 SB, bored .40 over about 50 miles ago. Rebuilt 700r4 tranny, also 50 miles ago. Lowered 2" in front and 1" in rear Refurb'd gauges w/ tach Either brand new parts or restored professionally - no back-yard mechanics! Custom Black & Candy pearl orange. Gas tank relocated under bed with custom marine filler on top of drivers side bed 22" wheels w/ brand new tires (would rather have something else, but got a good deal on 'em!!) Absolutely smooth truck. Just needs a radio and she's ready to go. No a/c (factory). |

Re: WIW: Custom 1969 C-10
Nice truck. It looks like a lot of other trucks were recycled into that one. I see a 67 cab and bed. 72 doors and door panels. 69-72 Chevy front fenders. 71-72 Chevy front bumper.
It's a great looking truck. I have absolutely no idea on the value, but I am sure at the right price that thing will sell quickly. |
Re: WIW: Custom 1969 C-10
First of all, very nice truck and looks like a lot of effort and thought were put into it. If you want to get some good estimates on values, go to ebay and do completed listings for longbeds. I hate to say this, but it's worth about 5K less than it would be even a year ago. You also are going to have a limited market with the paint and wheels as they aren't for everyone...If you find the right buyer, you could probably get between 10-12k for it but it really will come down to finding the right buyer.
