Gilmer Drive Kit

Hey guys I have a 327 sb and i was looking into the idea of a gilmer drive kit ( cog belt kit) and i was wondering if anybody here was running one of their kits in their trucks and if you could list pros and cons such as fitment belt slippage and so forth also alternator bracket location
thanks for any input
