What's the secret? Do these work on 67-72 GM Trucks?

Re: TJ Jeep Springs (+-) 4 inch drop

Yup. Gives you a roughly 4 inch drop for the rear end. Spring cups fit just like the originals.

what about having a load in youre bed? are they stiff enough or can i never tow anythign again?

Re: TJ Jeep Springs (+-) 4 inch drop

Probably not a good application for towing or even hauling normal truck loads. Not as thick as stock but if your not towing/hauling you get a pretty decent ride.

Re: TJ Jeep Springs (+-) 4 inch drop

do i need a frame notch with these or are these a direct drop in with no frame mods?
i am not looking to lay on the ground, just a lowered look

67Slider 10-06-2011 08:44 AM

Re: TJ Jeep Springs (+-) 4 inch drop

They are a direct bolt in. No frame notching is neccesary. They use the same spring cups as the stock springs. They will give you roughly a 4 inch drop. They won't be much good if you are going to tow or load your bed.
