Judging by the gurgling in my stomach, I may have to try that this week.

That looks good. I've gotten to where I sprinkle Lemon Pepper on my Corn on the cob.

Awesome!
We do something similar, with a different mexican cheese. I forget the name, it's more like fresh mozarella versus parm. But I prefer to wrap it in foil and grill them longer. I like it when the corn kernels are cooked soft.

I love grilled corn, but I prefer to wrap mine in foil too. I baste mine with a butter sauce that includes melted butter, salt, ground black pepper and a good dose of Tony Chachere's Famous Creole seasoning.
I shuck the corn, and save the outer husks. I baste it and wrap the husks back around the cob, then wrap in foil. Slow grill this on the top shelf of my pit for 30-40 minutes then baste again before serving. Mmmm, its so good.

Didn't clink the link but that looks like a traditional mexican way of doing corn. They put butter ,mayo, and parm cheese. I personally can't stand it(I have an extreme hatred of mayo!! Haven't had mayo purposely in at least 16-17 years and Im only 32) . But many people I know really love it, I don't understand why it smells like a fart(must be the parm cheese)

Yup, the parm type cheese. One of the reasons I don't like it. Who wants to eat a fart?:lol:
That's why I prefer the mozz style cheese.:mm::metal:
Or grill without the cheese, similar to N2TRUX. Either way, wrapped in foil, and grilled longer.

Yum.

I too grill my corn, I peel the husk back, remove the silk, soak in salt/sugar water (not a lot but some),baste with butter S&P and smoked paprika, and pull the husk back over the corn and tie it off and slow cook it. OMG is it gooood!
