Pictures of cab mounts - 1949 Chevy Truck
 

I am looking for pictures of the rear cab mounts on a '49 - '54 (four point system) that is mounted to the frame. I am trying to get an idea of the holes the "shackles" connect to.

You can purchase them from almost any supplier such as Brothers, The Truck Shop, LMC, etc. They provide pictures as well.

Have checked a few places (LMC and Classic), but they do not provide very good pictures of them actually mounted to the frame.

I am going to get around to doing this in a few months. I will take pictures and send them to you. Because these areas are covered up pretty well by the cab it is very difficult to see the mounts.

I have seen a thread by someone who used scissor jacks to level out the shackle mounts maybe do a search that may help.
