Front top brackets
4 Attachment(s)
:chevy:Hello Everyone, When I purchased my 71, the front corners of the top (pic below) was not attached with anything.
What does the brackets I need look like? Or where can I find a pair to buy. I have looked at several online and local vendors but was not abale to find any. Thanks for the help! Also I have read that ONLY single wall tops have lights on them....is that true??? I have a double wall with two lights on it so I was curious if this is common? Nick A. |
Re: Front top brackets
The sun visor has a bolt that runs through it and attaches to the top.

Re: Front top brackets
The Blazer sun visor brackets are different from the truck brackets. They're a lot heavier to serve as a bracket for the top.

If it is not factory, how would someone modify it without cutting into the top?? There is no evidence of cutting into the top???? Maybe I have a super duper special rare black top:lol:.....or maybe not!!!;) |
Re: Front top brackets
I assume the top bolts onto the bed from the bottom like a normal double wall also?
