measurements for 8 foot wood bed floor
 

Does anyone have the correct measurements for making a replacement floor for 71 chev fleet side 8 foot box? Mine is completely gone and I have tried to measure several others and size vary as much as 1/2 inch for each boards. Info where I can find factory info would help. Thanks

If you don't want to make your own, there are several vendors. I used Mar-K and was very satisfied. Not cheap though.

Google the forum ("wood bed" or some such search term) for a wealth of info ranging from cutting your own to finishing the wood.

I used the specs on GMCPauls website and it came out spot on. That's what I would suggest. Its not difficult to do if you have access to the right equipment.
