New Doug Thorley Headers
I have a set of new ceramic coated Doug Thorley Headers C10 LS SWAP 324Y-C.
I bought these for a 4x4 swap and simply can't get them to work. They are slightly modified on the drivers side. I made a 1/4" indentation toward the bottom of the header to clear a slave cylinder. Very minor mod for a new set of headers. $300 plus shipping http://images2.snapfish.com/23232323...%3B34%3Bnu0mrj http://images2.snapfish.com/23232323...C4625%3Aot1lsi http://images2.snapfish.com/23232323...C4725%3Aot1lsi |

Re: New Doug Thorley Headers
I used pacific fab motor mount/crossmember
With motor moved forward 2" The Doug Thorley 309c LS headers work with clearancing On drivers frame, but the headman LS block hugger Headers are the best for fit all around. I am also running A hydraulic clutch. See my build thread for details. |

I going to try one more thing to fit my headers. I bought a NV4500 transmission if the hydraulic clutch on the NV4500 clears the headers I will keep them. if they don't I will sell them. they have been installed on the engine so some scoring on the mounting flanges from the bolts and some minor scratches. |
