Hey all. Yesterday I bought another 67 GMC. It's an addiction! A board member & now new friends Dubie & his wife (Tim & Shawna) let us Manitoba members in on the fact that they had spotted it for sale & I was in there. I bussed it up to Flin Flon monday night & arrived tuesday am (9hrs, 20min bus trip!) Tim & Shawna carted my sorry a## around town & helped me out tonnes. We bolted the bed on (the guy had it stored in his garage), hooked up the tail lights & I headed back. I'll have more pics BUT for now I'll give yall the ones that Dubie very kindly sent to me. Thanks again Tim & Shawna!

10-It has a wood bedfloor, a HD clutch, L6, helper leafs, Canadian Package, etc. I'll put more pics onto this when the camera gets going. PLEASE tell me what ya think of my new (& less rusty than my green 67) truck.

Nice starter Greg. I still can't believe it made all the way to Winnipeg just to stall out on you, 2 houses away from your driveway!! did you ever dig out that horse shoe?? :D It was great meeting you and I'm glad that 67 went to a good home

It was fun to meet you Greg. Maybe next time you come up you can actually stick around and fish or something. :D We'll definitely get in touch next time we're in the Peg!

Looks like a really nice project.
Good thing about the radio delete still being attached.
No speaker holes in the doors.
I thought that the GMC's had leaf springs in place of coils?

Keep everyone posted on your progress.

Have fun

thanks for the kind words all-
Hutch-my other 67gmc has coils & helpers. mabe it was a canadian thing for coils-built in oshawa i guess
As for my plans, I dunno. I like the stock look with the right mods like slot mags & the like, but mainly a stock truck turns my crank. Attached are more pics-
INTERESTING - this 67 has a different tranny (they are both 3-on-tha-tree) than the one in my avatar-it is "fatter" looking-which is which? see pics please
