Tire and rim combo help

Hey guys has anybody figured out the rim size, offset and tire size to fit a 73 to 87 chevy shortbox 2 wdr. Id like to go 10 wide in the front and 12 in the back on 18 inch rims.

Sorry it has a 3 inch drop spindles and a rear flip.

I have been looking at some 18x10s and I think 5.25bs may work. Of course, I have not actually pulled the trigger but I'm curious on the fitment as well.
