Relocating Wiper and Light knob

Wanting to get a custom dash bezel for my 68 c10 but the custom bezel has the light hole located top left and the wiper knob top right.

My 68 has the wiper knob top left, the light knob underneath the wiper knob and a chock knob located top right. How hard is it to relocate the light and wiper knob? I haven't actually looked behind my dash bezel to see, but wanted to get a jump on what it consist of.

Real easy, I did the same on my 68. I eliminated the choke and moved the wipers to the choke hole. All I did was extend the 3 wires on the wiper switch about 10''

Great, thanks for the reply. I was hoping it was a simple fix.

I did the same but went the other way when I converted to a manual choke in my 72. Make sure you solder and shrink tube the wires so it doesn't give you a gremlin down the road. Really the hardest part is the dash bezel when you go custom.

Here's a nice one. The knobs are relocated to the bottom of the bezel. http://www.nolimitengineering.com/pr...tegory=6157532

kwmech, what gauge wire did you use to extend the switch? Thanks.
