Aftermarket Firewall insulation Pad

Has anybody used the aftermarket firewall insulation pad from classicparts? Looking to buy one and was wondering how it compares to the original?

I got one from Brothers and it's a little different that the original. Instead of a cardboard front it is rubber. I like it better.

IIRC, we bought ours from Classic Parts. No complaints here. It's very much like the original.

Have you put your heater on yet?

Anyone know of a pad that has the correct heater port knock out?

It's from Stock Interiors. It fit well, just required trimming.

What’s that over your cowl vent door, at first I thought it was just a block off plate but looks like it has a handle? Is that a custom piece or something sold?
