She's been out in this field where I keep stuff for many moons - longbed but complete drivetrain - 316 Pontiac V8, Hydramatic, driveshaft, 3:07 geared rear end. Maybe some odds and ends here and there still on her, but she's pretty much toast by now. She's just a home and shelter for the rare drivetrain and that is all you should expect really from buying it. Currently no front straight axle assembly to mount tires on, but I have one we can bolt on to make her roll again if you bring some aired up six lug wheels and tires - back ones may still hold air - not sure really - 500.00

remarkably, none of the factory wiring harnesses are cut on - that could be worth as much as the drivetrain to the original restorer needing a real GMC not-reproduced wiring harness for a 55.

Would you be willing to sell the hood bird and fender emblems? I need the Hydramatic but would be interested in buying them all for my project.

Thanks,
Darren

No, don't want to de-value it to anyone who might be counting on those items being on it to make it more worth buying

Oh I totally understand. If I wasn't in South Dakota, I would probably buy the truck as-is and keep it for a project once mine is completed.

Yeah, we can get it to SD easy enough - my buddy Randy Kroth located here in North Alabama takes stuff all over the US for around .75 cents a mile
