Clutch link help

Not sure what this part is called. Its the rod that pushed the clutch fork. While changing the clutch fork boot I noticed that this doesn't look right. The end with the most threads goes through a swivel type block and the nut is pushed against the swivel. No nut on the other side. The other end has a couple spacers and tapered piece (that looks like its from something else) that pushes the shift fork. So this rod is sandwiched in between the clutch fork and the swivel nut. No tools required to take it out. see pictures of it in the truck and out. Anyone have a picture of what this should look like?

Re: Clutch link help

the spring holds constant tension against the rod...thereby holding it in place....no other fastening is necessary....
just make sure to adjust it properly in order to get the correct amount of free play in the clutch pedal...

Re: Clutch link help

Thanks. I did add a nut on the outside of the swivel block so it can't fall out completely.
